POSITION DESCRIPTION

Our client is currently seeking a talented and motivated individual to join their team as a Sales Administration & Marketing Communications Officer.


This role will require a close working relationship with our sales team and will involve the development, coordination and delivery of our communication and marketing strategies, including the maintenance of information and online resources.


Additionally, this role will provide administrative support to our sales team and require the applicant to work flexibly in a rapidly developing office environment.


 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Administrative Support


·       Provide administrative assistance to the sales team, including calendar management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.

·       Prepare and organise sales related documents, reports and presentations.

·       Manage correspondence and communication o n behalf of the sales team.


Data Management


·       Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer and prospect information in the CRM system.

·       Assist in the generation and analysis of sales reports.

·       Ensure data integrity and completeness of effective sales tracking and reporting.


Sales Process Support


·       Collaborate with the sales team to streamline and improve sales processes.

·       Assist in the preparation of sales proposals, contracts and quotations.

·       Monitor and track sales activities, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution of customer enquiries.


Website & Social Media


·       Update, maintain and monitor the company websites and social media presence.

·       Identify and explore new opportunities for effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.


Strategy


·       Develop a communication plan that aligns with the strategic focus.

·       Establish and implement key communication strategies across the organisations.


Branding


·       Ensure the uniform implementation of our corporate branding as reflected in the company style guide.

·       Establish and implement key communication strategies across the organisations.


Marketing & Promotion


·       Engage in promotional activities within the wider community, representing the company and our sub-brands.


General


·       Develop and update all marketing and promotional materials

·       Co-ordinate and update various organisational communications, including websites, social medial and internal and external newsletters

·       Co-ordinate the updating, maintenance, and document control of all internal and external documents with adherence to the company style guide.

·       Contribute to the organisation of events and functions for key stakeholders and staff

 

KEY QUALITIES


Qualifications & Competencies (Essential)

·       Undergraduate degree in Marketing or equivalent qualification

·       Proven experience with Microsoft Office 365

·       Demonstrate excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills

·       Demonstrate excellent attention to detail

·       Demonstrated professional and confident telephone manner

·       Demonstrate a proficiency in keyboard, word processing and computer skills

·       Demonstrate proficiency in filing and maintaining records including document control processes

·       Demonstrate a strong customer service ethic and commitment to see jobs and tasks completed

·       Ability to work both autonomously and as an effective team member

·       Ability to handle and solve customer and supplier enquiries and concerns

·       Ability to work under pressure while remaining accurate in all duties

·       Ability to identify, manage and adapt to changing priorities

·       Proactive in ensuring all tasks are undertaken in the most effective and efficient manner

 

Qualifications & Competencies (Desirable)

·       Experience with InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator

·       Prior knowledge of working with SimPRO;

·       Prior knowledge of working with Groundplan;

·       Prior knowledge and experience working with CRM/ERP systems (Salesforce or Zoho preferable)
