The Position

 

As part of our clients ongoing expansion we see the requirement to expand our team through recruiting a new Technical Consultant. This is an excellent opportunity to join our Information Management team providing consulting, implementation, and support services to our clients throughout the APJ region. As the successful applicant acquires knowledge and experience within our solution set, there will be career progression opportunities to Senior Consultant, Business Analyst and Pre-Sales consulting roles.


Some regional travel and out-of-hours work may be required from time to time.

 

Skills & Experience Required

 

• Experience in enterprise application support and consulting

• Document Management experience, preferable iManage

• An understanding of Business Process and Workflow Management principles

• Microsoft SQL Server administration and scripting experience

• Working knowledge of Microsoft platforms:

  • Microsoft Office
  • Microsoft Windows Desktop Operating Systems
  • Microsoft Windows Server Operating Systems
  • • Excellent internal and client facing communication skills
  • • Strong problem-solving skills
  • • Delivery driven with strong time-management
  • • Presentation and facilitation skills in a corporate setting


Desirable but not essential

 

• Knowledge of TCP/IP and LAN/WAN technologies

• Experience with Active Directory and authentication methods 

• Understanding of VMWare, Hyper-V and virtualisation technologies

• Experience with Cloud technologies


Ideally you will have previous experience working with Document Management Systems within corporate environments, preferably within professional services, i.e. Law/legal, Banking, Financial Services, Accounting, Consultancy etc.
